First of the year - supper in house

We thought it would be nice to start the year with a Saturday supper in Summerhill.  We have 4 new year 9s - 3 from Westwood; Numa, Cherry and Stacy.  Viky is new to the school and comes from Bulgaria.  In Year 10 we have 2 new girls who have joined us.  They are Ema (who arrived today) and Julia who are both from Russia.

Everyone has enjoyed seeing each other after the break and the girls have been great fun chatting amongst themselves and catching up.  It's really good to have some new people in the house.  We thought we'd give them a real Summerhill welcome so had supper together tonight.

Dave cook some good old fashioned comfort food - lasagne and chips with a Greek salad.  We all sat together - there were 22 of us at dinner - and had food.  It's been really good to see everyone again.
