We were exceptionally lucky with the weather and managed to have the whole of sports day with only a small amount of rain near the end. Summerhill did really well. I was exceptionally proud of all the girls but especially those who participated when sport really isn't their thing. Lizzie White broke three records, 800m, 1500m and shot. Sarah Saunders also broke a record (I need to check the details before I say which one!).Overall, We came third in the seniors, first in the Inters and second in the Juniors. But when the overall scores were looked at and combined with the boys houses, Middle and Summerhill won overall. Yay!
