In the morning, we were models for new photo's for the new school website. The girls sat convincingly in the kitchen and the lounge socialising naturally.
Today was Phoebe's 15th birthday. She had a delivery of some really awesome cup cakes ordered by her mum.
She requested Mac 'n' Cheese and Cheesecake for dinner. To make it a little more healthy we made a lovely chopped salad - but spoilt it with making very buttery, garlic bread.
The meal was lovely. Dave topped the mac 'n' cheese with crunchy bacon. I decided cheesecake was a little complicated for the time I had available so made a chocolate cake as this was Phoebe's second choice of desert. Jessica, my daughter, made a batch of cookies as well.
The girls then sat in the hallway together and played a card game, inspired by Phoebe. They had a really lovely time giggling together while playing cards. It was a really lovely day.
