Mrs Knights leaving party

After 9 years of being Resident Assistant Housemistress of Summerhill, Mrs Knights has decided to step down from the role.  Her time here has seen some changes.  She arrived a single woman, but has left married and with a daughter.

In order to go some way in thanking her for every thing she has done, we held a BBQ.  We were very fortunate with the weather - it was superb.  The hottest day in July ever!  Dave set up the sprinkler at the bottom of the garden which went some way to cooling the girls down.

The girls got together and bought Mrs Knights a Pandora charm for her bracelet - a flying bird to symbolise her  flying from our 'next' (chosen by Jane).  

Mrs Knight - a huge "thank you" for everything you have done for all the girls who have passed through Summerhill over the past 9 years.  You will be sorely missed.
