It seems in our house that Pavlova goes hand in hand with Carbonara. The egg yolks go in the Carbonara and the whites are available for making meringues. I had intended to have pudding yesterday but we were all too full so put the pavlova on hold until tonight. After our boarders meeting we came back to the house and I constructed the pudding. It went down very well - and very quickly. As my cutting skills were not brilliant, a few people ended up with Eaton Mess. :)
